11th Asia Full Contact Karate Championship 2008



Yay! Finally a competiton's coming to town. Wondering if my instructors/seniors are going to participate. I am so eager to go down to view the competition. Just had to confirm if my new semester's timetable allowed me to.

My bruises are recovering well. However, my muscles on my right leg, is getting a little tight. Guess i need to rub some counterpain. I must heal all by Wednesday =)
