negative thoughts

Seriously, i am utterly disappointed with the response and service standards i am getting from a DISTINGUISHED and WELL-KNOWN music school, which specialises in teaching, and servicing different instruments recently a few days back.

Y cant they allocate a KNOW-WHAT/HOW GUY instead of a admin staff to answer the phone? they are even unable to answer my questions such as, are they able to fix/clean/tune my piano, since it was like, 10 years old. All they knew was to push the responsibility to one another's department, AND SUGGEST FOR A SERVICE! ok. i arranged for one on 5th FEB!

BUT THE THING IS! THEY CAME 1 YEAR BACK, AND THEY PUSHED THE FARKING BLAME TO OTHER DEPARTMENT, AND LEFT. collecting the S$40 charge also, as the car fuel sh*t. and they just gave a lame reason. This time's the charge is $123. oh man! dllm!

I really "disliked" my primary sch piano teacher after thinking for sometime recently. She's been cheating my parents the he** of their $!! lessons for almost 3 years before taking grade 1? and she's like, act the know-how person? i am so STUPID! for believing her like 10 years back! Shes nt even knowledable. PUI PUIPUI!
